AACSB Board of Directors Election Takes Place January 16-31, 2015

Official representatives of AACSB member institutions will soon be asked to vote for open positions on the AACSB International Board. Voting will take place during the last two weeks of January. Official representatives will be contacted by email and provided with a link to cast votes electronically.

Representatives will have until January 31 to vote for the following candidates:

Vice Chair-Chair Elect (Uncontested)
• Santiago Iñiguez de Onzoño, IE Business School

Secretary-Treasurer (Uncontested)
• Robert T. Sumichrast, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University

Board Member—Representative of an institution from the United States (accredited): one position to be filled for a three-year term
• Barron H. Harvey, Howard University
• Eli Jones, University of Arkansas

Board Member—Representative of an institution from Europe (accredited): one position to be filled for a three-year term
• Jürgen M. Schneider, Universitaet Mannheim
• Dominique V. Turpin, IMD

Board Member—Representative of an institution from Canada (accredited): one position to be filled for a three-year term
• Micheál J. Kelly, Wilfrid Laurier University
• Jerry Tomberlin, Carleton University

Board Member—Representative of an institution from Asia Pacific Region (accredited): one position to be filled for a three-year term
• Arfah Salleh, Putra Business School
• Lin Zhou, Shanghai Jiao Tong University

Board Member—Representative of an institution from Asia Pacific Region (non-accredited): one position to be filled for a two-year term
• Arif Nazir Butt, Lahore University of Management Sciences
• Pasu Decharin, Chulalongkorn University

Board Member—Representative of an institution from Unspecified World Region (accredited or non-accredited): one position to be filled for a three-year term
• Nitham M. Hindi, Qatar University
• Enase Felicia Okonedo, Pan-Atlantic University

Board Member—Representative of an institution from the United States (non-accredited): one position to be filled for a three-year term
• Dennis Hanno, Wheaton College
• Jane F. Mutchler, Purdue University Calumet

The Vice Chair-Chair Elect serves three consecutive one-year terms as Vice Chair-Chair Elect, Chair, and Immediate Past Chair. The Secretary-Treasurer serves a two-year term. All terms begin on July 1, 2015.
